Stay With The Hollies
''Stay with The Hollies'', also known by its American release title ''Here I Go Again'', is the debut album by the British rock band the Hollies and was released in January 1964 on Parlophone Records (''see'' 1964 in music). In Canada, it was released on Capitol in July 1964, with a different track listing. In the US, Imperial Records issued the album under the title ''Here I Go Again'' in June 1964 to capitalize on the moderate success of the singles "Here I Go Again" (No. 107) and " Just One Look" (No. 98). It also features covers of well-known R&B songs, not unusual for Beat groups of the day. Background After the success of the Liverpool-based group The Beatles, many artists and repertoire men from London-based record labels went to Liverpool in search of other beat groups. When Ron Richards from Parlophone visited Liverpool in early 1963, the group playing that night at the Cavern Club was The Hollies, who were actually from Manchester. Richards promptly signed them to ...

The Rocker (song)
"The Rocker" is a song by Irish rock group Thin Lizzy, included on their 1973 album ''Vagabonds of the Western World''. It was also released as a single in a 2:41 edited format, the original album track stretching to 5:17, most of the extra length being taken up by an extended guitar solo by Eric Bell. There is an accompanying performance on Dutch TV programme ''TopPop'' to the song which features Gary Moore recorded in 1974 during his first of two spells with the band. The B-side of the single in most territories was the album track "Here I Go Again", but in Germany the non-album track, "A Ride in the Lizzy Mobile", was used. This track later appeared on the four-CD box set '' Vagabonds, Kings, Warriors, Angels'' as "Cruising in the Lizzy Mobile". The single failed to chart in the UK, but reached No. 11 in Ireland and spent four weeks in the chart. However, it became a live favourite and was one of the few songs from Eric Bell's time with the band to survive his departure and bec ...

Here I Go Again (E-Type Song)
"Here I Go Again" is a song recorded by Swedish singer-songwriter E-Type. It was released in November 1998 as the second single from his third album, '' Last Man Standing'' and was a hit in several countries, particularly in Sweden and Finland where it reached number-one. Chorus vocals are performed by Nana Hedin. Critical reception Pan-European magazine ''Music & Media'' wrote, "Packing several hooks and a peppy eurobeat, the track is lushly produced with more than a hint of Jim Steinman's "more is better" approach. Pure pop, very Scandi and very programmable." Music video The accompanying music video followed up the theme from "Angels Crying" by featuring an homage to horror movies. It was directed by Mikeodelica. While the video for "Angels Crying" was similar to ''Friday the 13th'', "Here I Go Again" had the same plot as ''Poltergeist In ghostlore, a poltergeist ( or ; German for "rumbling ghost" or "noisy spirit") is a type of ghost or spirit that is responsible for phys ...
