Costa Rica provides universal health care to its citizens and permanent residents. Both the private and public health care systems in Costa Rica are continually being upgraded. Statistics from the World Health Organization (WHO) frequently place Costa Rica in the top country rankings in the world for long life expectancy. WHO's 2000 survey ranked Costa Rica as having the 36th best health care system, placing it one spot above the United States at the time. In addition, the UN (United Nations) has ranked Costa Rica’s public health system within the top 20 worldwide and the number 1 in Latin America. The Human Rights Measurement Initiative finds that Costa Rica is fulfilling 94.7% of what it should be fulfilling for the right to health based on its level of income. Fumigation is a method of pest control or the removal of harmful micro-organisms by completely filling an area with gaseous pesticides—or fumigants—to suffocate or poison the pests within. It is used to control pests in buildings (structural fumigation), soil, grain, and produce. Fumigation is also used during the processing of goods for import or export to prevent the transfer of exotic organisms. Cochrane (previously known as the Cochrane Collaboration) is a British international charitable organisation formed to organise medical research findings to facilitate evidence-based choices about health interventions involving health professionals, patients and policy makers. The jurisprudence of concepts was the first ''sub-school'' of legal positivism, according to which, the written law must reflect concepts, when interpreted.that means that the interpretation of the words stated in the law must be guided by the scientific concepts that these words represent. Costa Rican Social Security Fund
The Costa Rican Social Security Fund ( es, Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social) is in charge of most of the nation's public health sector. Its role in public health (as the administrator of health institutions) is key in Costa Rica, playing an important part in the state's national health policy making. CCSS - Costa Rica
The Cambridge Centre for Sixth-form Studies (CCSS) was an independent sixth-form college for boarding and day students aged 15 to 19. The college, which was founded in 1980, owned teaching and residential accommodation in the centre of Cambridge, England. It became part of the Stephen Perse Foundation in September 2018 and disappeared as a branded college in March 2020. Decline and demise For a number of years prior to its absorption into the Stephen Perse Foundation the college had seen student numbers decline sharply from over 200 to around 135. In response to this fall, the college reduced its staffing, the subjects it offered for study, its extra-curricula activities and closed one of its campuses and its administration block.
