Hazara Division
Hazara Division is an administrative division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located along the Indus River and comprises eight districts: Abbottabad, Mansehra, Haripur, Battagram, Upper Kohistan, Kolai-Palas, Lower Kohistan, and Torghar. In December 2021, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mahmood Khan, approved the creation of a new Abaseen Division, which will include five districts of Hazara (Battagram, Torghar, Upper Kohistan, Lower Kohistan, and Kolai-Palas) and one district of Malakand (Shangla). After the creation of the new Abaseen Division, only the districts of Abbottabad, Haripur, and Mansehra would be part of the Hazara Division. Hazara Region
Hazara (Hindko: هزاره, Urdu: ) is a region in northeastern Pakistan, falling administratively within Hazara Division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. It is dominated mainly by the Hindko-speaking Hindkowan people, who are the native ethnic group of the region and often called the "Hazarewal". Kolai-Palas District
Kolai-Pallas District ( ps, کولئ پالس ولسوالۍ , ur, ضِلع کولئ پالس ) is a district in Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. It was a sub division of Kohistan district of Hazara division till it was made a separate district in 2017. Overview and history Kolai-Pallas Kohistan was carved as District out of the District Lower Kohistan by Upgrading the old Pallas Sub-Division in 2017. On 31 May 2018, Battera Kolai was carved out of Pallas tehsil making two tehsils in total for Kolai-Pallas. Rawalpindi Division
Rawalpindi Division, also known as Pothohar Division, is an administrative division of Punjab Province, Pakistan. Rawalpindi city is the capital of the division. Mardan Division
Mardan Division is one of seven divisions in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. It consists of two districts: Mardan and Swabi. According to the 2017 Pakistani Census, the division had a population of 3,997,667, making it the fourth-most populous division in the province, but it only spans of area, which makes it the smallest division by area in the province as well. Shangla District
Shangla District ( ps, شانګله ولسوالۍ, ur, ) is a district in Malakand Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The district's headquarter is located at Alpuri, while the largest city and commercial center is Besham. The district was established in 1995, having previously been a subdivision of Swat District. The total area of the district is 1,586 square kilometers. Shangla comprises three subdivisions, Alpuri, Puran and Besham tehsils. Malakand Division
Malakand Division is an administrative division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Pakistan. Abaseen Division
Abaseen or Abasin Division is a proposed division in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, which will comprise seven districts: Battagram, Allai, Kolai-Palas, Upper Kohistan, Lower Kohistan, Shangla, and Torghar. The area is located on both sides of the Indus River, which is known in Pashto and other local languages as ''Abaseen''.
