Hard Time (comics)
''Hard Time'' is a comic book series written by Steve Gerber and Mary Skrenes and originally published by DC Focus, a short-lived imprint of DC Comics. The aim of the imprint was to feature super-powered characters who did not follow the traditional format of classic superhero adventures. ''Hard Time'''s first run was 12 issues long, published from April 2004 to March 2005. The series returned from hiatus in December 2005, titled ''Hard Time: Season Two''. With the demise of DC Focus, this run was published under the unfocused DC bullet. DC announced ''Hard Times cancellation in March 2006. The comic ended with issue #7 of ''Season Two''. Storyline Backstory ''Hard Time'' focuses on 15-year-old Ethan Harrow (early publicity referred to him as "Ethan Chiles"), who was involved in a high-school shooting scare gone wrong which cost several students their lives. For two years Travis Danes and the high school football team bullied Ethan and his friend Brandon Snood, whose home life ...

Detonator (album)
''Detonator'' is the fifth studio album by American glam metal band Ratt, released August 21, 1990 by Atlantic Records. This is the last album to feature bassist Juan Croucier until his return in 2012, as well as guitarist Robbin Crosby before his death in 2002. Though their previous album ''Reach for the Sky'' went platinum, it met with some criticism regarding the quality of their songs. In an attempt to regain the popularity that Ratt had in the mid-1980s, the band parted ways with long-time producer Beau Hill. Songwriter Desmond Child and his personal sound engineer Arthur Payson were hired as producers for the album. The album is notable for featuring Ratt's only power ballad, " Givin' Yourself Away". The band also gravitated towards a more glam metal/pop metal sound on ''Detonator''. Track listing Personnel ;Ratt *Stephen Pearcy – lead and backing vocals * Robbin Crosby – rhythm guitar, backing vocals *Warren DeMartini – lead guitar, backing vocals *Juan Croucier ...

Rockin' All Over The World (album)
''Rockin' All Over the World'' is the tenth studio album by British band Status Quo. It is their first to be produced by Pip Williams and the first to feature Andy Bown as a regular contributor to the band; he would later join the band officially in 1982. Released in November 1977, it reached #5 in the UK. "A poxy album," said guitarist and singer Francis Rossi. "There's nothing poxy about ''Rockin' All Over the World''," countered guitarist Rick Parfitt. "It's fucking great. Pip added some class into the production and, from then onwards, we got quite posh – for us." Uncharacteristically, bassist Alan Lancaster agreed with Rossi: "When Pip Williams started producing us was when everything started to go wrong." The title track, written and originally recorded by John Fogerty, was released as a single in September 1977, peaking at #3 in the UK. Its b-side was " Ring of a Change", from their previous studio album. No other singles were issued from the album, although "Can't Give ...
