The Harbour Town Premium Outlet shopping centre's are the only, outdoor, outlet shopping centres in Australia. The Harbour Town centre's on the Gold Coast and in Adelaide incorporate multiple factory outlets into a single shopping destination. As of June 2025, there are two locations owned and operated under the Harbour Town Premium Outlets brand: Biggera Waters, on Queensland's Gold Coast, and at Adelaide Airport, in South Australia. They are large-floor warehouse buildings containing partitioned stores where retail outlets sell excess or previous seasons' stocks at reduced prices. The District Docklands (previously known as Harbour Town) is an indoor/outdoor Shopping mall, shopping centre in the suburb of Docklands, Victoria, Docklands in the inner-west of Melbourne.
