Hapoel Bu'eine ( he, הפועל בועיינה ar, هبوعيل البعينة) is an Israeli football club based in Bu'eine Nujeidat. The club is currently in Liga Alef North A division. History The club played in the lower divisions of Israeli football from the 1960s and enjoyed a brief spell in Liga Bet, then fourth tier, between 1993–94 and 1998–99, before relegating back to Liga Gimel and folding. Bnei Tarshiha, Hapoel Bu'eine, Hapoel Kafr Manda, Hapoel Muawiya, Hapoel Pardesiya, Hapoel Amishav, Beitar Yavne and Hapoel Bnei Shimon won their regional divisions and promoted to Liga Gimel. Liga Dalet ( he, ליגה ד', lit. ''D League'') was the fifth (in 1958–59 and between 1969 and 1976) and sixth (between 1976 and 1985) tier, at the bottom of the Israeli football league system. The Israeli football league system is a series of interconnected leagues for club football in Israel. The system has a hierarchical format with promotion and relegation between leagues at different levels, and allows even the smallest club to dream of rising to the very top of the system. There are five levels, containing a total of 16 divisions. It is run by the Israel Football Association (IFA). Structure The top division of Israeli football is the Premier League. The 2015–16 Liga Bet season is the 60th season of fourth tier football in Israel. League matches began on 2 October 2015 and ended on 19 April 2016, followed by promotion and relegation play-offs. Tzeirei Kafr Kanna (champions of the North A division), F.C Haifa Robi Shapira (champions of the North B division), F.C. Bnei Jaffa Ortodoxim (champions of the South A division) and F.C. Dimona (champions of the South B division) won their divisional titles and promotion to Liga Alef. Bi'ina
Bi'ina or al-Bi'na (also el-Baneh) ( ar, البعنة) is an Arab town in the Northern District of Israel. It is located east of Akko. In 2003, Bi'ina merged with Majd al-Krum and Deir al-Asad to form the city of Shaghur, but was reinstated as a local council in 2008 after Shaghur was dissolved. The 2012–13 Liga Gimel season saw 95 clubs competing in 6 regional divisions for promotion to Liga Bet. Hapoel Bu'eine (Upper Galilee), Hapoel Bnei Nujeidat (Jezreel), Hapoel Yoqneam (Samaria), Shimshon Bnei Tayibe (Sharon), Hapoel Ramat Israel (Tel Aviv) and Maccabi Sderot (Central-South) all won their respective divisions and were promoted to Liga Bet.
