H-11 (Michigan County Highway)
The county-designated highways in Michigan comprise a system of primary county roads across the US state of Michigan. Unlike the State Trunkline Highway System, these highways have alphanumeric designations with letters that correspond to one of eight lettered zones in the state. The County-Designated Highway System (CDH System) was created in 1970 in response to the business concerns of a woman from Saugatuck. Her one-woman crusade in the 1960s started after the highway in front of her motel was turned over to local control as a county road and removed from state highway maps when the nearby freeway opened. After nearly a decade of efforts, the first two test highways were designated, one each in the Lower and Upper peninsulas of the state and included on the 1970 state highway map. The system was created and expanded in scope , after it was approved by the County Road Association of Michigan and the State Highway Commission. Heaths In The British National Vegetation Classification System
This article gives an overview of the heath communities in the British National Vegetation Classification system. Introduction The heath communities of the NVC were described, along with the mire communities, in Volume 2 of ''British Plant Communities'', first published in 1991. In total, 22 heath communities have been identified. The heath communities consist of six separate subgroups: * five lowland dry heath communities, all with distinct, largely non-overlapping distributions in England and Wales ( H1, H2, H6, H8 and H9) * three localised communities, with non-overlapping ranges in southern England, which are considered transitional between the above and the wetter communities classified in the NVC as mires ( H3, H4 and H5) * two maritime heath communities, found exclusively on the coasts of northern and western Britain; one ( H7) is more widespread than the other ( H11) * four submontane heaths from upland areas in northern and western Britain; two of these ( H10 and ...

Casuarictin is an ellagitannin, a type of hydrolysable tannin. It can be found in ''Casuarina'' and ''Stachyurus'' species.Tannins of Casuarina and Stachyurus species. I: Structures of pendunculagin, casuarictin, strictinin, casuarinin, casuariin, and stachyurin. Okuda T., Yoshida T., Ashida M. and Yazaki K., Journal of the Chemical Society, 1983, number 8, pages 1765-1772, It is formed from two hexahydroxydiphenic acid units and one gallic acid unit linked to a glucose molecule. The molecule is formed from tellimagrandin II, itself formed from pentagalloyl glucose via oxidation. Casuarictin is transformed into pedunculagin via loss of a gallate group, and further into castalagin via glucose pyranose ring opening. Oligomers Sanguiin H-6 is a dimer, Lambertianin C is trimer and lambertianin D Lambertianin D is an ellagitannin found in ''Rubus lambertianus''. It is tetramer of casuarictin linked by sanguisorbic acid Sanguisorbic acid is a constituent of some ellagitannins. I ...
