Gísli Þorgeir Kristjánsson
Gísli Þorgeir Kristjánsson (born 30 July 1999) is an Icelandic handball player who plays for SC Magdeburg and the Iceland men's national handball team, Icelandic national team. Club career Gísli Þorgeir Kristjánsson made his debut for his boyhood club FH men's handball, FH Hafnarfjörður in the 2015/2016 season but it wasn't until the next season where he made his breakthrough to the first team. In the summer of 2018 he moved to the German Handball-Bundesliga, Handball Bundesliga to THW Kiel, where he signed a three-year contract. With Kiel he won the DHB-Pokal in 2019 and became Handball-Bundesliga, German champion 2020. In 2020, he transferred to SC Magdeburg. He won the 2021 IHF Men's Super Globe, IHF Super Globe 2021, and the 2020–21 EHF European League. In 2022 he got a silver medal in EHF European League, and became Handball-Bundesliga, German Champion. He also won 2022 IHF Men's Super Globe, 2022 IHF Super Globe. The 2018–19 EHF Cup was the 38th edition of the EHF Cup, the second most important European handball club competition organised by the European Handball Federation (EHF), and the sixth edition since the merger with the EHF Cup Winners' Cup. Þorgerður Katrín Gunnarsdóttir
Þorgerður Katrín Gunnarsdóttir (born 4 October 1965) is an Icelandic politician, who has been chairman of the Reform Party since 2017. Þorgerður was deputy chairwoman of the Independence Party from 2005 to 2010. She was the Minister of Education, Science and Culture from 31 December 2003 to 1 February 2009. After the Icelandic economic crash in 2008, Þorgerður was ''de facto'' leader of the government in Geir Haarde's absence owing to Geir having been diagnosed with cancer. She left the Independence Party in 2016 and joined the newly founded Reform Party and became its chairman the following year. She was Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture in 2017. Kristján Arason (born 23 July 1961) is a former member of Icelandic Iceland men's national handball team, national handball team. He is the husband of Þorgerður Katrín Gunnarsdóttir, a well-known figure in Icelandic politics.Kristján Arason til Capacent

The 2019 IHF Super Globe was the thirteenth edition of the IHF Men's Super Globe, a yearly club world championship in handball organised by the International Handball Federation (IHF). The tournament was held in Dammam, Saudi Arabia from 27 to 31 August 2019. FC Barcelona won their fifth title after defeating THW Kiel 34–32 in the final.
