Gymnastics At The 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's Artistic Qualification
Qualification for women's artistic gymnastics competitions at the 2020 Summer Olympics was held at the Ariake Gymnastics Centre on 25 July 2021. The results of the qualification determined the qualifiers to the finals: 8 teams in the team final, 24 gymnasts in the individual all-around final, and 8 gymnasts in each of 4 apparatus finals. The competition was divided into five subdivisions. Subdivisions Gymnasts from nations taking part in the team all-around event were grouped together while the remaining gymnasts were grouped into one of eight mixed groups. The groups were divided into the five subdivisions after a draw held by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique. 2020 Summer Olympics
The , officially the and also known as , was an international multi-sport event held from 23 July to 8 August 2021 in Tokyo, Japan, with some preliminary events that began on 21 July. Tokyo was selected as the host city during the 125th IOC Session in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 7 September 2013. The Games were originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, but due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, on 24 March 2020, the event was postponed to 2021, the first such instance in the history of the Olympic Games (previous games had been cancelled but not rescheduled). Aneta Holasová
Aneta Holasová (born 22 February 2001) is a Czech artistic gymnast. She is the 2019 European Games silver medalist on the floor exercise and a three-time FIG World Cup bronze medalist. At the 2019 World Championships, she finished fifty-first in the all-around and qualified an individual spot for the 2020 Olympic Games. Simona Castro
Simona Castro (born January 11, 1989 in Santiago, Chile) is a Chilean gymnast who competed at the 2012, 2016, and 2020 Olympic Games. She has a sister who is an artistic gymnast, Martina Castro. She has been a part of the Chile National Gymnastics team since 2001. At the 2005 World Championships in Melbourne, she debuted at the senior international level, achieving 53rd place in the all-around. At the 2007 South American Championships in Colombia, she won the gold medal in the floor exercise. In 2009, she left Santiago to begin her college career at the University of Denver, majoring in business administration. Gabriela Weronika Janik (born 10 March 1993) is a Polish artistic gymnast. She competed at the 2020 Olympic Games and the 2019 World Championships. Ariana Gabriela Orrego Martínez (born 25 September 1998) is a Peruvian former artistic gymnast. She represented Peru at the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games. Anastasia Andreyevna Ilyankova ( rus, Анастасия Андреевна Ильянкова, , ɐnəstɐˈsʲiɪ̯ə ɪlʲɪ̯ɪnˈkovə, born 12 January 2001) is a Russian artistic gymnast. Milka Gehani Elpitiya Badalge Dona also known as Milka Gehani de Silva (born 24 April 2003) is a Sri Lankan artistic gymnast. She earned a continental quota spot to the 2020 Summer Olympics after the cancellation of the 2021 Asian Championships. Elisa Hämmerle (born 10 December 1995) is an Austrian artistic gymnast.
