Gymnastics At The 2016 Summer Olympics – Women's Artistic Qualification
Qualification for women's artistic gymnastic competitions at the 2016 Summer Olympics was held at the HSBC Arena on 7 August 2016. The results of the qualification determined the qualifiers to the finals: 8 teams in Gymnastics at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Women's artistic team all-around, the team final, 24 gymnasts in Gymnastics at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Women's artistic individual all-around, the individual all-around final, and 8 gymnasts in each of 4 Gymnastics#Competitive events for women in artistic gymnastics, apparatus finals. The competition was divided into 5 subdivisions. Subdivisions Gymnasts from nations taking part in the team all-around event are grouped together while the other gymnasts are grouped into one of eight mixed groups. Kylie Rei Dickson (born February 12, 1999) is an American artistic gymnast who represented Belarus in international competition. Level 10 career Dickson started her Level 10 career in 2013. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals and finished 8th on vault. In 2014, she was the Level 10 Region 8 vault and bars champion. She competed at the 2014 Junior Olympic Nationals and finished 14th in the all-around and won the silver medal on vault. Dickson started training at the All Olympia Gymnastics Center, and in 2015 she was the Level 10 Region 1 vault and bars champion. Phan Thị Hà Thanh
Phan Thị Hà Thanh (born 16 October 1991) is a retired Vietnamese artistic gymnast from Haiphong and a two-time Olympian (2012 and 2016). She is currently the most decorated and successful gymnast from Vietnam on the international stage. Dipa Karmakar (born 9 August 1993) is an Indian Gymnast from Tripura State. She is the first gymnast of India who competed in the Olympics. In her debut 2016 Summer Olympics, in the final she reached till 4th position. At the Rio Olympics, she lost an Olympic medal by just 0.15 points; due to her historic achievement at Rio Olympic, she became a well known Gymnast as well as a face of gymnastics in India. Barbora Mokošová (born 10 March 1997) is a Slovak artistic gymnast. She is the 2020 European bronze medalist on the uneven bars and the first gymnast representing Slovakia to receive a medal at the European Championships. Giulia Steingruber (born 24 March 1994) is a retired Swiss artistic gymnast. She is the 2016 Olympic and 2017 World bronze medalist on vault. Lisa Ecker (born 19 September 1992) is an Austrian female artistic gymnast who competed at the senior international elite level.
