Gustavo Huerta
Gustavo Ernesto Huerta Araya (born 15 October 1957) is a Chilean former footballer and manager. He is currently the head coach of Cobresal. Managerial career Before the 1998 FIFA World Cup, Huerta was the assistant of the Head Coach of Chile, Nelson Acosta. He managed Chile B in a friendly match against England B on February 10, 1998. Chile won by 2–1. Personal life Both his father, Gustavo Sr., and his younger brothers, Fernando and Carlos, were professional footballers. All of them played for Deportes Ovalle among other clubs. Ovalle, Chile
Ovalle is a List of cities in Chile, city in the Coquimbo Region of Chile, founded in 1831 as a settlement. It has a population of more than 113,000 people. The name Ovalle was chosen to honor to Chile's vice-president, José Tomás Ovalle. Ovalle is the capital of the Limarí Province. The city's setting is often likened to an oasis, being lush and green although surrounded by barren hills. There is a trail leading from the city that lasts roughly 50 minutes, and features relatively safe bathing and an area where dinosaur fossils can be found. 1998 FIFA World Cup
The 1998 FIFA World Cup was the 16th FIFA World Cup, the football world championship for men's national teams. The finals tournament was held in France from 10 June to 12 July 1998. The Copa Chile (''Chile Cup'') is an annual cup competition for Chilean football teams. Due to time constraints and club pressure, the trophy was cancelled in 2000, but returned in 2008. Its precursor was the Campeonato de Apertura (''Opening Championship''), played from 1933 to 1950. The cup is now open to every member club of the Chilean football league system, from professional teams; ( Primera División, Primera B & Segunda División), down to teams from the ANFA: Tercera División.
