Gurudev Hoysala
''Gurudev Hoysala'' is a 2023 Indian Kannada-language action thriller film written and directed by Vijay Naagendra, and produced by Karthik Gowda and Yogi. G. Raj under the banner KRG Studios. It stars Dhananjaya, Amrutha Iyengar, B. S. Avinash, Achyuth Kumar, Naveen Shankar, Anirudh Bhat, Mayuri Nataraj and Rajesh Nataranga. B. Ajaneesh Loknath composed the soundtrack and background score, while the cinematography is done by Karthik. S. The film marks Dhananjaya's 25th film as an actor. The film opened to positive reviews from critics but fared decently at the box office. Plot Inspector Gurudev Hoysala is transferred to Athani, Belagavi, where he is assigned by his superiors to find SI Bhargav, who was investigating about the sand mafia. Dhananjaya (actor)
Kalenahalli Adaviswamy Dhananjaya (born 23 August 1986), also known as Daali, is an Indian actor, lyricist and film producer known for his work in Kannada cinema. He made his acting debut in '' Director's Special'' in 2013 for which he won the best debut actor award at the 3rd SIIMA Awards. He turned producer through the film, ''Badava Rascal''. He has also occasionally penned columns for leading Kannada newspapers. Dhananjaya got the major breakthrough in the film ''Tagaru'' (2018) directed by Duniya Soori for his performance as a menacing villain. He is now popularly addressed as Daali - the character name in the film. Dhananjaya has also played roles in films in other languages such as Telugu and Tamil. Haricharan Seshadri, known mononymously as Haricharan (born 20 March 1987), is an Indian Carnatic vocalist, playback singer, and musician who predominantly works in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu music and cinema.
