Gurpreet Kaur Bhatti (born Watford) is a British Sikh writer who has written extensively for stage, screen and radio. Her play ''Behzti'' (''Dishonour'') was cancelled by the Birmingham Rep after protests against the play by Sikhs turned violent and alleged death threats forced Bhatti to go into hiding. Gurpreet Singh Dhuri (born 26 December 1983) is an Indian sculptor, hailing from the Ghanaur Khurd Dhuri area of Punjab. Gurpreet Dhuri is known for his clay modeling and portraiture in medium of sculpture. Gurpreet Singh Dhuri loves to be called Gurpreet Dhuri and alumni of Government College of Arts, Chandigarh. Early life Gurpreet Singh was born in a Sikh family on 24 July 1976 in Bathinda to a Shinh ( pa, ਸ਼ੀੰਹ) family who trace their roots back to Rajasthan.
