Guillermo Capobianco Ribera
Guillermo Capobianco Ribera (6 June 1945 – 12 May 2020) was a Bolivian lawyer, writer and politician. He was Bolivia's Minister of the Interior from 6 August 1989 to 15 March 1991 during the government of President Jaime Paz Zamora and was also Bolivia's Minister of Housing and Urban Development from 13 April 1984 to 10 January 1985 during the second government of President Hernán Siles Suazo. Biography He was born on 6 June 1945 in the town of Concepción, which is located in the Ñuflo de Chávez Province in the Department of Santa Cruz. Ribera graduated in 1963 from Colegio Florida in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. He continued with his higher studies, entering to study law at the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University (UAGRM), graduating as a lawyer. During his university years he was the executive secretary of the Local University Federation (FUL). Ángel Víctor Paz Estenssoro (2 October 1907 – 7 June 2001) was a Bolivian politician who served as the 45th president of Bolivia for three nonconsecutive and four total terms from 1952 to 1956, 1960 to 1964 and 1985 to 1989.
