Guillaume Brahimi
Guillaume Brahimi (born 11 August 1967 in Paris, France) is a French-born chef based in Sydney, Australia. He is currently head chef of Bistro Guillaume Sydney. Background French-born Guillaume Brahimi is one of Australia's most popular and acclaimed chefs. He trained under Michelin-starred chef Joel Robuchon in Paris before moving to Sydney in the 1990s. Following this successful venture, Brahimi accepted an offer to captain the restaurant ''Bilson's'' (later renamed ''Quay'') at Sydney's Circular Quay. Between 1995 and 1996, Brahimi lifted the restaurant from its mediocre stature to Two Hat status. By 1998 the restaurant had earned Three Hats from the Good Food Guide, joining the ranks of the few elite Sydney restaurants to earn this accolade each year. Circular Quay is a harbour, former working port and now international passenger shipping port, public piazza and tourism precinct, heritage area, and transport node located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the northern edge of the Sydney central business district on Sydney Cove, between Bennelong Point and The Rocks. Jude Bolton (born 15 March 1980) is a former professional Australian rules football player who played for the Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL) between 1999 and 2013. Early life Growing up, he supported the St Kilda Football Club. He was recruited from and played his junior football at St Bernard's Football Club in Essendon. The Tour de France () is an annual men's multiple-stage bicycle race primarily held in France, while also occasionally passing through nearby countries. Gabriel Gaté
Gabriel Gaté (born 1955 in the Loire Valley) is a French chef and cookbook author living in Australia. He has appeared on a number of Australian television shows. Gabriel was awarded La Croix de Chevalier (Knight's Cross) in L'ordre du mérite agricole (Order of Agricultural Merit) in the year 2000. Early life Gabriel was born in the Loire Valley in France in 1955, and lived in Beaupréau in Maine-et-Loire where the family grew their own vegetables and made their own wine. His grandmother taught him to cook. Later he served his chef's apprenticeship under Master Chef, Albert Augereau, at the " Jeanne de Laval" restaurant in western France. MasterChef Australia (season 4)
The fourth series of the Australian cooking game show ''MasterChef Australia'' premiered on Sunday, 6 May 2012 at 7.30pm on Network Ten. Judges George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan and Matt Preston returned from the previous series. After the first week in Melbourne, the competition took the contestants to places nationally, such as Kangaroo Island and Tasmania, as well as the international destination, Italy.
