Grêmio Esportivo Tiradentes, commonly known as Tiradentes, was a Brazilian Football League Teams, Brazilian football team, based in city of Ceilândia, in the Federal District (Brazil), Distrito Federal, founded in 1967 and dissolved circa 2001. The winner of the Campeonato Brasiliense, Championship of the Federal District of 1988 competed five times in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, Série C and once in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B, Série B and in the Copa do Brasil. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série C 1995 was a football (soccer) series played from August 27 to December 10th, 1995. It was the third level of the Brazilian National League. The competition had 108 clubs, the largest number before or since (as of writing in 2014), and two of them were originally promoted to Série B. However, with the withdrawal of five teams after the 1995 Série B, the 3rd to 6th placed teams in the 1995 Série C were promoted to the 1996 Série B. The Elmo Serejo Farias Stadium, popularly known as Serejão or, more recently, Boca do Jacaré, is a Brazilian football stadium, located at administrative region of Taguatinga, in the Distrito Federal. The football (soccer) Campeonato Brasileiro Série B 1994, the second level of Brazilian National League, was played from August 7 to December 4, 1994. The competition had 24 clubs and two of them were promoted to Série A and two were relegated to Série C. The competition was won by Juventude. Ceilândia
Ceilândia is an administrative region in the Federal District in Brazil. With about 398,374 inhabitants, it is the administrative region of largest population in the Federal District. History Ceilândia was created by the government in the 1970s to keep people from moving into Brasília and setting up invasions. The root of the name Ceilândia is "CEI" ( pt, Campanha de Erradicação de Invasões: Invasions Eradication Campaign).
