Grzegorz Paweł Puda (born July 13, 1982) is a Polish politician and local government official, member of the Sejm of the 8th and 9th term (since 2015), in 2019 secretary of state at the Ministry of Investment and Development, 2019–2020 Secretary of State in the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, from 2020 Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in the second government of Mateusz Morawiecki. 2019 Polish Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Poland on 13 October 2019. All 460 members of the Sejm and 100 senators of the Senate were elected. The ruling Law and Justice (PiS) retained its majority in the Sejm, but lost its majority in the Senate to the opposition. Mateusz Jakub Morawiecki (; born 20 June 1968) is a Polish economist, historian and politician who has served as prime minister of Poland since 2017. Jan Krzysztof Ardanowski (born 11 February 1961) is a Polish politician, farmer and member of the Sejm since 2011. He served as the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development between 20 June 2018 and 6 October 2020. In 1985 Ardanowski graduated from Bydgoszcz Academy of Technology and Agriculture with a Master of Engineering () degree in Agriculture. During his studies he was a member of the Independent Students' Association and was actively involved in democratic oppossition to the communist rule activities.
