Griffithville is a town in White County, Arkansas, United States. Windle Porter is the current mayor. The population was 262 at the 2000 census. Geography Griffithville is located at (35.122096, -91.644737). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.0 km2 (0.4 mi2), all land. Demographics As of the census of 2000, there were 262 people, 105 households, and 76 families residing in the town. The population density was 259.4/km2 (674.2/mi2). There were 119 housing units at an average density of 117.8/km2 (306.2/mi2). The racial makeup of the town was 97.71% White, 1.91% from other races, and 0.38% from two or more races. 5.34% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. Riverview High School is an accredited comprehensive public high school based in the town of Searcy, Arkansas, United States.
