Greying (The Banner Album)
''Greying'' is the fourth full-length album released by The Banner on Good Fight Music on December 9, 2014. The album was the band's first in six years and is distinct from their past releases for its use of post-punk and stronger influences of industrial metal and Gothic metal than what was found on their previous albums, with CVLT Nation describing ''Greying'' as a "spastic dance between the calculated and chaotic, branding it as The Banner’s most unique collection to date." The Banner (band)
The Banner is an American hardcore punk band from Bloomfield, New Jersey. The Banner broke up for a brief period in 2006 before reuniting with founding member Garrett DeFalco. The band released their third studio album, ''Frailty'', in 2008, which was written,recorded and produced at the Machine Shop studio in Hoboken, New Jersey, by Joey and Will Putney and released on the Ferret Music label. In late 2011, ''Born to Ruin'' was announced as the band's next release, written by Joey and Jeremy Comitas to be released by American label Melotov Records. The four songs comprising ''Born to Ruin: The Way Is Shut'' released in the fall of 2013. Metalcore
Metalcore (also known as metallic hardcore) is a fusion music genre that combines elements of extreme metal and hardcore punk. As with other styles blending metal and hardcore, such as crust punk and grindcore, metalcore is noted for its use of breakdowns, slow, intense passages conducive to moshing. Other defining instrumental qualities include heavy riffs and stop-start rhythm guitar playing, occasional blast beats, and double bass drumming. Vocalists in the genre typically use thrash or scream vocals. Some later metalcore bands combine this with clean singing, often during the chorus. Hardcore Punk
Hardcore punk (also known as simply hardcore) is a punk rock music genre and subculture that originated in the late 1970s. It is generally faster, harder, and more aggressive than other forms of punk rock. Good Fight Entertainment is a business conglomerate that was founded in 2010. The company consists of a record label, band management, sports management, a clothing line and an art studio. Good Fight was founded by Paul Conroy and Carl Severson who have previously worked for Ferret Music and Warner Music Group. Carl Severson is also known as a longtime member of hardcore act NORA. Good Fight Music Good Fight Music is the record label department of Good Fight Entertainment which features hardcore punk and heavy metal bands. Post-punk

Gothic Metal
Gothic metal (or goth metal) is a fusion genre combining the aggression of heavy metal with the dark atmospheres of gothic rock. The music of gothic metal is diverse with bands known to adopt the gothic approach to different styles of heavy metal music. The genre originated during the early 1990s in the United Kingdom originally as an outgrowth of death-doom, a fusion of death metal and doom metal. Lyrics are generally dark and introspective with inspiration from gothic fiction as well as personal experiences. Gallows are an English hardcore punk band from Watford, Hertfordshire. The band was formed in 2005 after Laurent Barnard's previous band disbanded. Gallows' debut album, ''Orchestra of Wolves'', was distributed in the United States by Epitaph Records, and they were subsequently signed to Warner Bros. Records for a £1 million album contract and recorded ''Grey Britain''. Wade MacNeil (born May 5, 1984) is a Canadian musician best known as the lead guitarist and backing vocalist of the post-hardcore band Alexisonfire. He is also the vocalist of the hardcore punk band Gallows, and the vocalist/guitarist/founder of the punk band Black Lungs.
