Gregorio Casal
Gregorio Casal (13 July 1935 – 25 April 2018) was a Mexican actor, best known for his work during the 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s. Acting Pepechuy, as most people called him, changed his name so that there would be no confusion with his brother Mario Casillas who was beginning to become a big name. Other names he was known by include Gregorio Casal's, Gregorio Casals, Jesús Casillas and Gregorio Cassals. ''Naná'' is a 1985 Mexican musical, erotic and sexploitation film directed by Rafael Baledón. Based in the 1880 novel ''Nana'', by Emile Zola, the film exposes an exemplary manner the principles of the naturalistic novel. ''Déjame vivir'' (English title: ''Let me live'') is a Mexican telenovela produced by Valentín Pimstein for Televisa in 1982. This is a remake of the 1970 Venezuelan telenovela ''Cristina''. The reception for this telenovela was not good, in fact it was selected as the worst one of 1982. Daniela Romo and Gregorio Casal starred as protagonists, while the first actress Beatriz Aguirre and Elizabeth Dupeyrón starred as antagonists. Plot Estrella struggles to move forward with her family (a younger brother very attached to her, a teenage and ambitious sister and an almost absent father). She is the dressmaker of Graciela who hires the girl to make her clothes, so Estrella have to go every now and then her house to take measures, in one of these visits she meets her son Enrique who is immediately attracted. Plot summary In the jungle of Guatemala, La Choca (Pilar Pellicer) is a rude woman trying to resist everything, however, she succumbs in front of the carnal desire for El Guacho (Gregorio Casal), a bandit who killed her husband and attacked her family. Audias (Salvador Sánchez) unsuccessfully tries to rape Flor (Mercedes Carreño), Choca's sister in law. In the following days Flor and El Guacho get involved in a sexual relationship which infuriates Choca, who in retaliation kills Flor, El Guacho and Audias.
