Graeme Tomlinson
Graeme Murdoch Tomlinson (born 10 December 1975) is an English former footballer who played as a forward. Tomlinson notably played for Manchester United and Wimbledon whilst both were Premier League sides but appearances for both teams only came in cup competitions. He spent most of his career in the Football League with Bradford City, Luton Town, AFC Bournemouth, Millwall, Macclesfield Town and Exeter City. He also played semi-professionally at non-league level for Stevenage Borough, Kingstonian , Bedford Town, St Albans City, Stotfold and Dunstable Town. Watford () is a town and borough in Hertfordshire, England, 15 miles northwest of Central London, on the River Colne. Initially a small market town, the Grand Junction Canal encouraged the construction of paper-making mills, print works, and breweries. While industry has declined in Watford, its location near London and transport links has attracted several companies to site their headquarters in the town. Cassiobury Park is a public park that was once the manor estate of the Earls of Essex. The town developed next to the River Colne on land belonging to St Albans Abbey. John O'Kane
John Andrew O'Kane (born 15 November 1974) is an English former professional footballer who played as a defender. He started his career with Manchester United but failed to break into the first team, and after loan spells with Wimbledon, Bury and Bradford City, he made a permanent move to Everton in January 1998. There he found first-team opportunities easier to come by, but a change of manager at the end of the 1997–98 season meant he fell out of favour again and was sent on loan to Burnley at the start of the 1998–99 season. He went on loan again to Bolton Wanderers at the start of 1999–2000, a move that was made permanent a month later. After two years with Bolton, he moved to Blackpool, where he spent another two years before retiring due to injury. Michael Appleton
Michael Antony Appleton (born 4 December 1975) is an English professional football manager and former player. He is currently the head coach of Blackpool. As a player, he operated as a midfielder, in a nine-year career that began in 1994 and ended 2003. His playing years were cut short by a serious knee injury. He began his career as a professional for Manchester United. While there, he had brief loan spells at Wimbledon, Lincoln City and Grimsby Town, before securing a permanent transfer to Preston North End in 1997. He moved on to West Bromwich Albion in 2001, playing at the West Midlands club for two seasons, ending his playing career there. 1995 UEFA Intertoto Cup
The 1995 UEFA Intertoto Cup was the first edition of the tournament administered by the UEFA. It saw Strasbourg and Bordeaux win their semi-finals to advance to the UEFA Cup, the latter eventually finishing runners-up. It also saw English representatives Wimbledon and Tottenham Hotspur banned from European competition for the following season, after both had fielded under-strength sides in their respective Intertoto Cup matches. The ban was lifted on appeal but England were still forced to forfeit their UEFA Fair Play berth for the 1996–97 UEFA Cup. The 1995 competition also saw the return of Yugoslav clubs on the international scene after three years of ban due to UN embargo. Old Trafford () is a football stadium in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, England, and the home of Manchester United.
