Grace Elizabeth Hall (born 24 December 2002) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Yorkshire, Northern Diamonds and Northern Superchargers. She plays as a right-arm medium bowler. Domestic career Hall made her county debut in 2021, for Yorkshire against Cumbria, taking 1/19 from her four overs. Overall, she played three matches in 2021, taking two wickets. She played eight matches for Yorkshire in the 2022 Women's Twenty20 Cup, and was the side's leading wicket-taker, with 8 wickets at an average of 20.37. Hall was named in the Northern Diamonds Academy squad in 2021. She was again named in the academy squad in 2022, and took 3/4 from 1.3 overs in a match against Western Storm Academy in July. She was added to the first team squad in September 2022, first being named in a matchday squad on 16 September 2022, but did not play a match for the side that season. Fast bowling (also referred to as pace bowling) is one of two main approaches to bowling in the sport of cricket, the other being spin bowling. Practitioners of pace bowling are usually known as ''fast'' bowlers, ''quicks'', or ''pacemen''. They can also be referred to as a ''seam'' bowler, a ''swing'' bowler or a ''fast bowler who can swing it'' to reflect the predominant characteristic of their deliveries. Western Storm
Western Storm are a women's cricket team representing South West England and Wales, one of eight regional hubs in English domestic cricket. They play their home matches at the County Ground, Taunton, the County Ground, Bristol and Sophia Gardens. They are captained by Sophie Luff and coached by Trevor Griffin. The team is partnered with Somerset, Gloucestershire, Glamorgan, Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire and Cricket Wales. Originally formed to compete in the Women's Cricket Super League in 2016, Western Storm won the competition twice, in 2017 and 2019. South East Stars are a women's cricket team that represent the London & South East region, one of eight regional hubs in English domestic women's cricket. The 2022 Women's Twenty20 Cup, known for sponsorship reasons as the 2022 Vitality Women's County T20, was the 13th edition of the Women's Twenty20 Cup, an English women's cricket Twenty20 domestic competition. Bowling, in cricket, is the action of propelling the ball toward the wicket defended by a batter. A player skilled at bowling is called a ''bowler''; a bowler who is also a competent batter is known as an all-rounder. Cumbria Women Cricket Team
The Cumbria Women's cricket team is the women's representative cricket team for the English ceremonial county of Cumbria. They play their home games at various grounds across the county. In 2019, they played in Division 3 of the final season of the Women's County Championship, and have since competed in the Women's Twenty20 Cup. Cumbria have links with Lancashire, with some players playing for both sides, and they are partnered with the regional side North West Thunder.
