The governor of Bryansk Oblast (russian: Губернатор Брянской области) is the highest official of Bryansk Oblast, a Federal subjects of Russia, federal subject of Russia. Biography Born on February 23, 1961 in the village of Gridenki, Starodubsky District, Bryansk Oblast.
