''Goran Bregović'' is a self-titled album by Bijelo dugme's frontman Goran Bregović, released in 1976 in-between the band's second (''Šta bi dao da si na mom mjestu'') and third (''Eto! Baš hoću!'') studio albums. Although the title and sleeve announce it as a solo Bregović record, album ''Goran Bregović'' is actually a conceptual smorgasbord of different new and recycled material. It consists of: * five Bregović-composed songs that were never previously released or recorded. Goran Bregović
Goran Bregović (born 22 March 1950) is a recording artist from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is one of the most internationally known modern musicians and composers of the Slavic-speaking countries in the Balkans, and is one of the few former Yugoslav musicians who has performed at major international venues such as Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall and L'Olympia. A Sarajevo native, Bregović started out with Kodeksi and Jutro, but rose to prominence as the main creative mind and lead guitarist of Bijelo Dugme, widely considered one of the most popular and influential recording acts ever to exist in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Ipe Ivandić
Goran "Ipe" Ivandić (December 10, 1955 – January 12, 1994) was a Bosnian rock drummer, famous for his work with the band Bijelo Dugme. Early life Ivandić was born to father Josip and mother Mirjana in the central Bosnian town of Vareš, at the time in PR Bosnia and Herzegovina, FPR Yugoslavia, where his mining engineer father had been assigned for a new job. Uroš Đurić (; born 4 December 1964) is a Serbian conceptual artist, actor and painter based in Belgrade. ''We Are Not Angels'' ( sr, Ми нисмо анђели / ''Mi nismo anđeli'') is a 1992 Serbian and Yugoslavian comedy movie directed by Srđan Dragojević that became one of the most popular films of the 1990s in the region of the former Yugoslavia. The plot revolves around Angel (played by Uroš Đurić) and Devil (Srđan Todorović) fighting for the soul of Belgrade playboy Nikola ( Nikola Kojo) who is unaware that he impregnated a high school student named Marina (Milena Pavlović) during a drunken one-night stand. Srđan Dragojević ( sr-cyr, Срђан Драгојевић, , born 1 January 1963) is a Serbian film director and screenwriter, who emerged in the 1990s as a significant figure in Serbian cinema. Kosovka Djevojka
The Kosovo Maiden or Maiden of the Blackbird Field ( sr, Косовка девојка / ) is the central figure of a poem with the same name, part of the Kosovo cycle in the Serbian epic poetry. In it, a young beauty searches the battlefield for her betrothed fiancé and helps wounded Serbian warriors with water, wine and bread after the Battle of Kosovo in 1389 between Serbia and the Ottoman Empire. She finally finds the wounded and dying warrior Pavle Orlović who tells her that her fiancé Milan Toplica and his blood-brothers Miloš Obilić and Ivan Kosančić are dead. Before the battle they had given her a cloak, golden ring and veil for the wedding as a promise of safe return, but they were slain and Pavle pointed to the direction of the bodies. Ratislav "Raša" Ðelmaš ( sr-cyr, Ратислав-Раша Ђелмаш; 26 January 1950 – 28 October 2021) was a Serbian rock musician, best known as a member of the bands YU Grupa and Zebra. Smak ( sr-Cyrl, Смак; trans. ''The end time'') was a Serbian and Yugoslav band from Kragujevac. The group reached the peak of popularity in the 1970s when it was one of the most notable acts of the former Yugoslav rock scene.
