Goodwill is an unincorporated community in Washington County, Texas, United States. It is located on Farm to Market Road 1155, approximately 14 miles northeast of Brenham. History Goodwill was founded after the 1900s. Brenham ( ) is a city in east-central Texas in Washington County, United States, with a population of 17,369 according to the 2020 U.S. census. It is the county seat of Washington County.
