"Goodnight, Seattle", by Christopher Lloyd and Joe Keenan, is the series finale of the American sitcom ''Frasier''. It aired on NBC on May 13, 2004, in the 11th year of the series. In syndication, it is a two-part episode. Plot Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) is on an airplane when he is surprised by the anxiety the woman sitting next to him suffers during the flight. The woman introduces herself as Dr. Anne Ranberg ( Jennifer Beals), also a psychiatrist, and after brief deliberation, Frasier decides to disclose what is on his mind, in hopes that it will help pass the time on the flight. Frasier's girlfriend, Charlotte (Laura Linney), is leaving for Chicago, leaving Frasier devoid of any current love life. ''Frasier'' () is an American television sitcom that was broadcast on NBC for 11 seasons. It premiered on September 16, 1993, and ended on May 13, 2004. The program was created and produced by David Angell, Peter Casey, and David Lee (as Grub Street Productions), in association with Grammnet (2004) and Paramount Network Television. The series was created as a spin-off of the sitcom ''Cheers''. It continues the story of psychiatrist Frasier Crane ( Kelsey Grammer), who returns to his hometown, Seattle, as a radio show host. Thomas McGowan (born July 26, 1959) is an American actor. He first became known for his stage career both on and off Broadway.
