''Fullmetal Alchemist'' is an anime series loosely based on the manga of the same title by Hiromu Arakawa. Set in a fictional universe in which alchemy is one of the most advanced scientific techniques, the story follows two alchemist brothers named Edward and Alphonse Elric, who want to recover parts of their bodies lost in an attempt to bring their mother back to life through alchemy. Produced by Bones and directed by Seiji Mizushima, ''Fullmetal Alchemist'' was first aired on TBS Television in Japan from October 4, 2003, to October 2, 2004. Cool Joke is a Japanese rock band formed in 2001. The band's current lineup consists of vocalist Hiroya Ishikawa (石川 寛也), guitarist Suguru Asabatake (麻畠 卓) and drummer Hiroyuki Saitō (斉藤 広幸). In addition to Ishikawa, Asabatake and Saitō, the band originally featured bassist Keita Hayashi (林 圭太). However, Hayashi left the band in 2006. They performed under the Sony Music Japan Records label, but currently they are under the high numbers dream indie label. During their time as an indie band, their activity was centered in the Fukui prefecture area. They currently record under the SME Records label and their agency is Amuse, Inc. Haruichi Shindō originally formed the band with his cousin during high school and named it "No Score." After the band started, Haruichi asked Akihito Okano and Tama to join. The band was so named because none of them could actually read a score when they first started. When they first started the band Haruichi was the vocalist, but he found out that Akihito could sing better and gave the vocalist position to Akihito, taking over as guitarist instead.
