Ben Going (born June 15, 1985), username boh3m3 (pronounced bo-heem) on YouTube, is a video blog personality based in Torrance, California. He was fairly popular on YouTube in 2006 and into 2007, and an early YouTube partner. Most of Going's videos are shot in black-and-white. Charles Buxton Going (April 4, 1863 - 1952 in France) was an American engineer, author, and editor. Biography Born in Westchester N.Y., Going attended Columbia College School of Mines, where he graduated in 1882. Columbia University awarded him the honorary degree of M.Sc. in 1910. Mr. Going immediately began work in the Middle West in industrial and corporate management. He joined the staff of the ''Engineering Magazine'' in 1896, becoming managing editor in 1898 and editor in 1912. He did much to discern, define, and establish the profession of "industrial engineering." John Byrd Going was a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing Calhoun County, from 1908 to 1920 and from 1940 to 1948. Biography John Byrd Going was born on January 26, 1873, in Pittsboro, Calhoun County, Mississippi. His parents were David Going and Martha Caroline (Pilgreen) Going. He launched a newspaper, the ''Dixie Herald'', in 1903 and became the editor. He married Ronda Steele in 1906. The Mississippi House of Representatives is the lower house of the Mississippi Legislature, the lawmaking body of the U.S. state of Mississippi. According to the state constitution of 1890, it is to comprise no more than 122 members elected for four-year terms. To qualify as a member of the House candidates must be at least 21 years old, a resident of Mississippi for at least four years, and a resident in the district for at least two years. Elections are held the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. Membership, qualifications, and apportionment Article 4, Section 36 of the Mississippi Constitution specifies that the state legislature must meet for 125 days every four years and 90 days in other years. The Mississippi House of Representatives has the authority to determine rules of its own proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and expel a member with a two-thirds vote of its membership.
