''Goh Raalhu'' is a 2019 Maldivian crime thriller film directed by Ahmed Sinan. Produced by Mohamed Ali and Aishath Fuad Thaufeeq under Dark Rain Entertainment, the film stars Mohamed Jumayyil, Hassan Irufan, Aishath Thasneema and Aminath Rashfa in pivotal roles. The film was released on 4 February 2019. Premise Aiman (Mohamed Jumayyil) develops inexplicable feelings for Zaina (Aishath Thasneema) who was dating notorious gangster, Husham (Hassan Irfan). Aiman tries to warn Zaina about the shady affairs of Husham who flaunts his devious deed whenever he gets the chance. Being helplessly in love, Zaina refuses to believe Aiman. Feeling threatened, Husham decides to teach Aiman a lesson, that pulls him into the dark, murky life of the city's most ruthless, ill-reputed hoodlum. Ahmed Sinan
Ahmed Sinan (born 19 March 1990) is a Maldivian director, graphic designer, cinematographer and editor. Career Ahmed Sinan made his career debut with Dark Rain Entertainment's production, '' Happy Birthday'' (2009) by working as the title animator and creating visual effects. He was then offered to make title animations and visual effects for films produced under several studios. Sinan's most recognized work came in 2013, Ali Shifau-directed horror film ''Fathis Handhuvaruge Feshun 3D'' which serves as a prequel to ''Fathis Handhuvaru'' (1997) starring Reeko Moosa Manik and Niuma Mohamed in lead roles. The film was marketed as being the first 3D release for a Maldivian film and the first release derived from spin-off. Using a single laptop and working on a daily basis all by himself, the project took him two months to be completed. Ismail Jumaih
Ismail Jumaih is a Maldivian actor, choreographer and makeup artist. Career In 2016, Jumaih made his film debut in Hussain Munawwar's ''Neyngi Yaaru Vakivee'' alongside Aminath Rishfa and Ahmed Azmeel. Critics gave the film bad reviews and considered his performance as Sham, to be "boring" while criticising the character development. However, Ahmed Jaishan of ''Vaguthu'', found Jumaih's acting to be "natural and impressive" considering his debut role and picked him as the "biggest highlight" from the "disappointing" film. Despite the negative reviews, the film did average business at the end of its run. Jumaih's other release of the year came with Fathimath Nahula's horror film '' 4426'', where he portrayed the role of Hanim, an aggressive member of the friends who get trapped in a haunted house. Fathimath Nahula (born 22 June 1973) is a Maldivian film director, film producer and screenwriter. Early life In 1991, Nahula joined Jamaluddin school and worked as a teacher for four years. During the time, she spends most of her time in writing and developing stories. Ahmed Easa (born 7 October 1985) is a Maldivian film actor. Career In his childhood, Ahmed Easa watched Bollywood films and imitated the acting of Sunil Shetty in stage performances. While watching his movies, Easa grew a fondness towards cinema and decided to pursue a career in acting "if granted with a chance worth holding for". He was first offered a role in Amjad Ibrahim's romantic horror film ''Udhabaani'' (2009) but he rejected it since he was "too shy to be in front of the camera with his current physique". Ali Shazleem is a Maldivian film actor, director and producer. Moomin Fuad is a Maldivian film director, cinematographer and screenwriter known for the critically acclaimed films '' Heylaa'' (2006), '' Happy Birthday'' (2009) and '' Loodhifa'' (2011).
