Godgory
Godgory was a Swedish melodic death metal/ death doom metal band that was formed in 1992 by drummer Erik Andersson and vocalist Matte Andersson (unrelated). Formation and ''Invasion Records'' era Forming in 1992, Godgory started their career covering bands such as Napalm Death, Entombed, Cemetary, Unleashed, and Grave. It was not until April 1994 that they entered Unisound Studio and recorded their debut demo entitled ''Demo-94'', consisting of original material. The band sent out the demo to labels and zines around the world and received a positive response. One label wanted to sign Godgory for a full-length CD, so the band returned to Unisound in November 1994 and, in one weekend, recorded their debut album ''Sea of Dreams''. After recording was complete, the deal with the label fell through; the band was left with a recorded album and no label to release it. Fredrik Nordström
Björn Tom Fredrik Nordström (born 5 January 1967) is a Swedish musician and record producer, best known as the guitarist of heavy metal band Dream Evil. Nordström is one of the leading melodic death metal and power metal producers in Sweden and has worked with some of said genres' top acts, including At the Gates, Arch Enemy, Nightrage, Dark Tranquillity, In Flames, Soilwork, Opeth, and Powerwolf. Fascinated by technology from a young age, Nordström opened a small recording studio in Gothenburg, mainly to record his own music. The studio evolved into Studio Fredman, one of the leading Swedish recording studios where he works with his employee Henrik Udd. In 1999, Nordström formed the heavy metal band Dream Evil to perform his own music, and as of 2010, Dream Evil has released five albums, one live DVD/CD set, and two EPs. Studio Fredman is a well-known recording studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, owned and operated by producer Fredrik Nordström. It is popular among Swedish metal bands, with artists such as At the Gates, Deathstars, Nightrage, Norwegian band Dimmu Borgir, Arch Enemy, Soilwork, Dark Tranquillity, In Flames, Zonaria, Machinae Supremacy, HammerFall, England's Bring Me the Horizon, A Breach of Silence, and Opeth recording multiple releases in the studio. Originally, it was located in Gothenburg, but by 2005, it was relocated to Hyssna about 30 miles outside Gothenburg. The original facility was also co-owned by In Flames vocalist, Anders Fridén. Hagfors
Hagfors is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality and the seat of Hagfors Municipality, Värmland County, Sweden with 10,125 inhabitants in 2010. Its history is traced to 1873, when it was decided to build two blast furnaces at the location. The town of Hagfors plays host to the Swedish Rally, a car rally, every February, which provides a significant annual economic windfall for the region. Hagfors was one of the last places in Sweden to receive the formal title of a cities in Sweden, city, when it was detached from ''Norra Råda'' in 1950. Grave is a Swedish death metal band that was formed in 1986 by vocalist and guitarist Ola Lindgren who is their only constant member.
