John Alan Glennon (born September 24, 1970) is an American geographer and explorer. His work has been mapping and describing caves and geysers. Discoveries and research Caves In 1996, Glennon and Jon Jasper discovered an entrance to the Martin Ridge Cave System, Kentucky, and explored connections to nearby Jackpot and Whigpistle Caves (Groves, C.G. 1998). The combined cave system is long (Gulden, B. 2005). The cave is hydrologically connected to Mammoth Cave---the world's longest cave (Quinlan J.F. and Ray, J. 1989). Sean Glennon (born September 5, 1985) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at Virginia Tech. Glennon, was named the starter following the dismissal of Marcus Vick and held that job until being replaced by Tyrod Taylor during the 2007 season. After Taylor was injured against Duke, Glennon reclaimed the starting duties and started every game that season. During the 2008 season, Virginia Tech split time between the two. Pat Glennon
Pat Glennon (23 August 1927 – 14 February 2004) was an Australian jockey raised in the Ascot Vale area in Melbourne, not far from the Flemington Racecourse. Glennon rode his first winner, a horse named Alares, trained by his father, at a bush track Bacchus Marsh at the age of 13. Glennon then moved to South Australia, where he rode with great success, quickly becoming one of the leading apprentices in Adelaide. Linking with Jim Cummings' team (the father of the great Bart), he went on to pilot Comic Court to victory in the 1950 Melbourne Cup. He would later go on to win another Cup in 1959 with the Richard W. Roden trained Macdougal. Wanting to embellish his already solid career, Glennon went abroad seeking further opportunities. Michael Joseph Glennon (born December 12, 1989) is an American football quarterback who is a free agent. He played college football at NC State and was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Michael Charles Glennon
Michael Charles Glennon (13 May 1944 – 1 January 2014) was a convicted Australian child molester and former Roman Catholic priest, the subject of one of the most notorious clergy sex abuse cases in Australia. Glennon ran a youth camp in Lancefield, Victoria, where most of the abuse took place. Glennon was convicted of sexually abusing 15 children in court cases spanning 25 years and was serving a 33½ year prison term with a non-parole period of 26½ years. Matthew William Glennon (born 8 October 1978) is an English former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. A graduate of the Bolton Wanderers Academy, he spent 1997 to 2001 at the club without making a first team appearance. Instead he spent part of 1999 on loan at Port Vale, and part of 2000 on loan at Stockport County and then Bristol Rovers; he played just one game for Rovers, and never made it onto the pitch for Port Vale or Stockport County. James Glennon (born 7 July 1953) is an Irish former Fianna Fáil politician and former Irish International rugby player. He was a Teachta Dála for the Dublin North constituency from 2002 to 2007. Glennon was born in Skerries, County Dublin in 1953. He was educated at Mount St. Joseph's school in Roscrea, County Tipperary. A former rugby union international he was capped six times for Ireland as a second row forward. Anthony David Driscoll-Glennon (born 26 November 1999) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left back for EFL League Two side Grimsby Town.
