Glendale Historic District (Glendale, Ohio)
The Glendale Historic District encompasses the historic core of Glendale, Ohio. Developed in 1851, Glendale is one of the earliest known examples of a planned residential village subdivision, its layout made using principles developed for rural cemeteries popular at the time. The district features shaded winding residential lanes, and a large assemblage of well-preserved period buildings. The district was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1977. Bill Seitz
William J. Seitz III (born October 29, 1954) is the state representative for the 30th District of the Ohio House of Representatives. He is a Republican. The district consists of Cheviot, Delhi Township, Green as well as portions of Cincinnati, in Hamilton County. Formerly, Seitz represented the same seat from 2001 to 2007. He served in the Ohio Senate from 2007 to 2016. He has also served as Majority Leader since 2017. Steven Joseph Chabot ( ; born January 22, 1953) is an American politician and lawyer who has been the United States representative for since 2011. A member of the Republican Party, he previously represented the district from 1995 to 2009. In 2022, Chabot lost his reelection campaign to Democratic nominee Greg Landsman. Big Pig Gig
The Big Pig Gig and Big Pig Gig: Do-Re-Wee were public art exhibits on display in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, in the summers of 2000 and 2012, respectively. Local artists and schools decorated hundreds of full-sized fiberglass pig statues and installed them throughout the downtown area. The events were organized by ArtWorks, a community art employment program. Black squirrels are a melanistic subgroup of squirrels with black coloration on their fur.
