Giuseppe Iachini
Giuseppe Iachini (; born 7 May 1964) is an Italian professional football manager and former player who most recently managed Serie B club Parma. He played as a midfielder. Club career Iachini was born in Ascoli Piceno. He started his playing career at Ascoli, and made his Serie A and professional debut during the 1981–82 season, at the age of 17. He played for Ascoli until 1987, when he signed for Verona. In 1989, Iachini moved to Fiorentina and played five seasons with the ''viola'', four of them in Serie A. From 1994 to 1996 he played for Palermo of Serie B. After a single Serie B season with Ravenna, in 1997 Iachini transferred to Venezia, where he played for three years, two of them in Serie A. He retired in 2001, after a Serie C1 season with Alessandria. As a player, he represented the Italy Olympic side at the 1988 Summer Olympics at international level, where they finished in fourth place. Ascoli Piceno (; la, Asculum; dialetto ascolano: Ascule) is a town and ''comune'' in the Marche region of Italy, capital of the province of Ascoli Piceno, province of the same name. Serie C1
Lega Pro Prima Divisione was the third highest football league in Italy. It consisted of 33 teams, divided geographically into two divisions of 16 and 17 teams for group A and B respectively. Until 2008 it was known as Serie C1. Before the 1978–79 season there were only three leagues of professional football in Italy, the third being Serie C. In 1978, it was decided to split Serie C into Serie C1 and Serie C2. Serie C2, the fourth highest professional league in the Italian system, was also renamed in 2008 and was called Lega Pro Seconda Divisione. Gianluca Atzori (born 6 March 1971) is an Italian football manager and former player, current coach of Floriana. Career Playing Atzori started his professional playing career with Rome-based Serie C side Lodigiani in 1988, then playing mostly at Serie B level with several teams, including Perugia, Reggina and most notably Ravenna, where he spent a total four season. In 2001, he joined Empoli, being protagonist of the Tuscans' successful 2001–02 Serie B campaign which saw the team being crowned league winners under head coach Silvio Baldini. Mario Beretta (born 30 October 1959 in Milan) is an Italian association football manager and former football player. He most recently served as head coach of Serie B club Latina. The 2010–11 Serie A (known as the Serie A TIM for sponsorship reasons) was the 109th season of top-tier Italian football, the 79th in a round-robin tournament, and the 1st since its organization under a league committee separate from Serie B. It began on 28 August 2010 and ended on 22 May 2011. Internazionale were the defending champions. Milan won the 2010–11 Serie A and their 18th league title overall with a scoreless draw away to Roma on 7 May 2011. This result ensured that with two rounds remaining Milan's nearest rival Internazionale could only draw level on points, and Milan holds the tiebreaker based on their better head-to-head record. Alberto Cavasin (born 9 January 1956) is an Italian football manager and former player. Playing career Cavasin, a right back, started his professional career in 1973 for Treviso; he then played for a number of Serie A, B and C clubs, with some success. He retired in 1990. Managerial career After a few months as ''Allievi Nazionali'' coach for Calcio Padova, Cavasin became coach of Treviso for the 1990–91 season, to be sacked soon after.
