Giulio Confalonieri
Giulio Confalonieri (23 May 1896 - 29 June 1972) was an Italian musician, musicologist, composer and musical critic. Born in Milan, Confalonieri graduated in letters at the and in piano at the Bologna Conservatory. Between 1919 and 1920 he composed his first opera, "Rosaspina", which was eventually staged only in 1939. In 1921 he moved to Paris, where he became friend with Paul Dukas, and then to London, where he stayed until 1927 teaching piano, performing as a concert pianist, and composing incidental music.Teodoro Celli (1982).Confalonieri, Giulio. ''Radiocorriere TV'' (since 1954), formerly ''Radiocorriere'' (1930–1954) and ''Radio Orario'' (1925–1930), is an Italian-language listings magazine, with weekly print editions published in Italy between 1925 and 1995 under the press of RAI (formerly URI). Cincinnati Conservatory
The Cincinnati Conservatory of Music was a conservatory, part of a girls' finishing school, founded in 1867 in Cincinnati, Ohio. It merged with the College of Music of Cincinnati in 1955, forming the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, which is now part of the University of Cincinnati. The Conservatory, founded by Clara Baur, was the first music school in Cincinnati.
