Gintama (film)
is a 2017 Japanese ''jidaigeki'' action comedy film written and directed by , starring Shun Oguri and based on the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Hideaki Sorachi. It was released on July 14, 2017, in Japan by Warner Bros. Pictures. The theme song for the film was titled "DECIDED" by UVERworld. Plot Yorozuya receives two similar and ultimately connected jobs: Elizabeth needs Odd Jobs to find Katsura, and a swordsmith needs the crew to find a dangerous sword named Benizakura. There is more to both requests than Gintoki and his friends thought. Gin Tama
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hideaki Sorachi. It was serialized in Shueisha's ''shōnen'' manga magazine ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'' from December 2003 to September 2018, later in ''Jump Giga'' from December 2018 to February 2019, and finished on the ''Gin Tama'' app, where it ran from May to June 2019. Its chapters were collected in 77 ''tankōbon'' volumes. Set in Edo, which has been conquered by aliens named Amanto, the plot follows life from the point of view of samurai Gintoki Sakata, who works as a freelancer alongside his friends Shinpachi Shimura and Kagura to pay the monthly rent. Sorachi added the science fiction setting to develop characters to his liking after his editor suggested doing a historical series. is a Japanese actress, model and former idol singer. She is known as a former member and subleader of the female musical group Momoiro Clover Z; her Momoiro Clover image color was blue. Career Akari Hayami was scouted near her graduation from elementary school and was signed to the agency Stardust Promotion. The characters from the anime and manga series ''Gin Tama'' were created by Hideaki Sorachi. The story is set in Edo, the "Land of the Samurai", which has been invaded by aliens named Amanto, who subsequently coexist with humans. Despite the time, there are various advanced technologies and even spaceships which allow people to travel across space. Gintoki Sakata
is a fictional character in the manga and anime franchise ''Gin Tama'' created by Hideaki Sorachi. Gintoki is the protagonist of the series and his name serves as part of the basis of the series' title.
