Gino Gavioli
Gino Gavioli (9 May 1923 – 19 November 2016) was an Italian comic artist, animator and comic writer. Biography Born in Milan, after graduating from the Brera Academy Gavioli debuted illustrating some comic series for the publisher Alberto Traini in collaboration with his fellow Paolo Piffarerio. During the World War II he served as a soldier, and he reprised the activity of illustrator only in 1948, drawing the series ''Nonno Bigio'' for Edizioni Alpe.Luciano Secchi. "Gavioli, Gino". Tiziano Sclavi (born 3 April 1953 in Broni) is an Italian comic book author, journalist and writer of several novels. Sclavi is most famous as creator of the comic book ''Dylan Dog'' in 1986, for Italian publishing house Sergio Bonelli Editore. More than 300 issues have appeared in the series, which has sold millions of copies. It has been in collaboration with several artists, including Claudio Villa, Corrado Roi, Gustavo Trigo, Carlo Ambrosini, Luigi Piccatto, Angelo Stano, Mike Mignola, Andrea Venturi, Giampiero Casertano and Bruno Brindisi. Brera Academy
The Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera ("academy of fine arts of Brera"), also known as the or Brera Academy, is a state-run tertiary public academy of fine arts in Milan, Italy. It shares its history, and its main building, with the Pinacoteca di Brera, Milan's main public museum for art.
