Gigamesh
Matthew Thomas Masurka (born May 12, 1983), better known by his stage name Gigamesh, is a Minneapolis-based American three-time multi-platinum selling music producer and DJ. Gigamesh is most recognized for having produced Mike Posner's multiplatinum selling track " Cooler Than Me" as well as for his remix of Foster the People's single "Pumped Up Kicks" (which currently has over 172 million plays on YouTube). Prior to launching his solo career, Masurka was also involved in two other collaborative projects, Discotech and Señor Stereo, both alongside DJs Danny Daze and Joe Maz. Gigamesh releases include an EP on Kitsuné and a single and two EPs oOurLabel International. In the spring of 2013, he released the single, "Enjoy", on New York City-based house label Nurvous Records. The Penelopes
The Penelopes (or ) are a French indie pop/Electronic music, electronic band from Paris, consisting of Axel Basquiat and Vincent T. They have recently relocated to London. Though the band is a duo (Axel being the composer, singer and bass player while Vincent on production, engineering and keyboards), they have additional musicians on bass and drums for live performances. Citizens! are an English indie rock band from London, formed in the summer of 2010. The band consists of Tom Burke (vocals), Thom Rhoades (guitar), Martyn Richmond (bass), Lawrence Diamond (keyboards) and Mike Evans (drums). Their debut album ''Here We Are'' was released by Kitsuné on 28 May 2012 in the UK / Europe and on 9 October 2012 in North America. Lawrence James Diamond is the son of singer/songwriter Jim Diamond. Joseph Masurka (born September 29) better known as Joe Maz, is a producer & DJ. Joe Maz has produced official remixes for Adele'','' Coldplay & Beyoncé, Kanye West, Major Lazer & Dua Lipa and Flo Rida. In 2022, Maz's remix of Masked Wolf - Astronaut in the Ocean was voted #1 of the year at the Electronic Dance Music Awards, he was also nominated for Remixer of the Year. In 2017, he was voted Remixer of the Year at Summer Sessions in Atlantic City, with the legendary Nile Rodgers presenting the award. Crystal Fighters are an English-Spanish electronic music band, formed in 2007, in London, England, and in Navarre, Spain. Their debut album, ''Star of Love'', was released in October 2010 in the UK and was released in the US through Atlantic Records in April 2012. Ladyhawke (musician)
Phillipa Margaret "Pip" Brown (born 13 July 1979), better known by her stage name Ladyhawke, is a New Zealand singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. She took her stage name from Richard Donner's 1985 film '' Ladyhawke''. Brown was part of the Wellington-based band Two Lane Blacktop (2001–2003), before moving to Australia where, in 2004, she formed the art rock band Teenager with Nick Littlemore of Pnau. In 2007 she moved to London, afterwards relocating to Los Angeles around 2013, and then subsequently relocating back to her native New Zealand after the release of her third album, Wild Things. Brown's debut solo album, '' Ladyhawke'', was released on 22 September 2008 through Modular Recordings, and topped the RIANZ Albums Chart. Grouplove
Grouplove (often typeset as GROUPLOVE) is an American alternative rock band that was formed in 2009 by Hannah Hooper (lead vocals, keyboards), Christian Zucconi (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Sean Gadd (bass), Andrew Wessen (lead guitar, backing vocals), and Ryan Rabin (drums). Rabin produced their debut EP, ''Grouplove'', which was originally released independently, and was later re-released by Canvasback/Atlantic with a bonus track and their hit song, "Colours". They are also known for their single " Tongue Tied". Their debut album, ''Never Trust a Happy Song'', was also produced by Rabin and was released worldwide on September 13, 2011.
