Gian Carlo Vacchelli
Gian Carlo Vacchelli Corbetto (16 December 1981 – 12 August 2020) was a Peruvian sports commentator and Fujimorist politician. Nicknamed ''El Angelito'', meaning "the little angel", he presented the sports program ''El ángel del deporte'' (2008–09) on . Between 2011 and 2016, Vacchelli was a member of the Fujimorist Force 2011 and was Congressman for the district of Lima elected in the 2011 elections. He stood for re-election in the 2016 election, but lost his seat. During his time in Congress, he presented various bills in favour of sports and people with disabilities, of which 49 were approved. Congress Of The Republic Of Peru
The Congress of the Republic of Peru ( es, Congreso de la República) is the unicameral body that assumes legislative power in Peru. Congress' composition is established by Chapter I of Title IV of the Constitution of Peru. Osteogenesis imperfecta (; OI), colloquially known as brittle bone disease, is a group of genetic disorders that all result in bones that break easily. The range of symptoms—on the skeleton as well as on the body's other organs—may be mild to severe. General elections were held in Peru on 10 April 2016 to determine the president, vice-presidents, composition of the Congress of the Republic of Peru and the Peruvian representatives of the Andean Parliament. In the race for the presidency, incumbent President Ollanta Humala was ineligible for re-election due to constitutional term limits. Popular Force candidate Keiko Fujimori, daughter of former President Alberto Fujimori, was the leading candidate in the first round with almost 40 per cent of the vote, but fell short of the 50 per cent majority required to avoid a second round.
