Ghuddi
''Ghuddi'' is a 1980 Bangladeshi romantic drama film directed by Syed Salahuddin Zaki, who also wrote story, screenplay and dialogue. It is the first film directed by Salahuddin Zakir. Subarna Mustafa has played the main role in film with Raisul Islam Asad, Nasir Uddin Yusuf, Tariq Anam Khan, Nayla Azad Nupur, Syed Hasan Imam and Happy Akhand in supporting roles.। Subarna Mustafa debuted in the film. In the film, Raisul Islam Asad was a freedom fighter in the film and he is also a freedom fighter in the real life. Ghuddi was released on 19 December 1980. In the film, Syed Salahuddin Zaki won best dialogue writer award and Shafiqul Islam Swapan won the Best Cinematography award for the 6th Bangladesh National Film Awards. Shimul Yousuf (born 24 March 1957) is a Bangladeshi actress, director and singer. She was awarded the Ekushey Padak, the second most important award for civilians in Bangladesh in 2023. Early life Yousuf was born in Dhaka on 24 March 1957 and is the youngest of seven siblings. Odissi dancer Minu Haque is her sister. Her father Mehter Billah from Bikrampur was a singer in Kamlapur. Shimul started singing at the age of five. She performed on radio and television and went on to sing in a children show named "Kochi Kanchar Mela". Shahnaz Rahmatullah (; 2 January 1952 – 23 March 2019) was a Bangladeshi singer. Her notable songs are ''Ekbar Jete De Na Amar Chotto Sonar Gaye'', ''Je Chilo Drishtir Shimanay'' and ''Ek Tara Tui Desher Kotha''. Syed Abdul Hadi (born 1 July 1940) is a Bangladeshi singer. Kausar Ahmed Chaudhury (16 December 1944 – 22 February 2022) was a Bangladeshi lyricist & astrologer. He gained his fame as an astrologer for his regular horoscope readings in satirical way on Apnar Rashi (''your zodiac sign'') in the Daily Prothom Alo. He wrote classic Bengali songs for many singers and bands, like Love Runs Blind, Samina Chowdhury, Lucky Akhand, Niaz Mohammad Chowdhury and others.
