The is a museum showcasing the work of the Japanese animation studio Studio Ghibli. It is located in Inokashira Park in Mitaka, a western city of Tokyo, Japan. The museum combines features of a children's museum, technology museum, and a fine arts museum, and is dedicated to the art and technique of animation. Features include a replica of the Catbus from ''My Neighbor Totoro'' (1988), a café, bookstore, rooftop garden, and a theater for exclusive short films by Studio Ghibli. History Planning for the museum began in 1998. Construction started in March 2000. Upon completion, the museum opened on 1 October 2001. A zoetrope is one of several Precursors of film#Modern era, pre-film animation devices that produce the illusion of motion by displaying a sequence of drawings or photographs showing progressive phases of that motion. It was basically a cylindrical variation of the phenakistiscope, phénakisticope, suggested almost immediately after the stroboscopic discs were introduced in 1833. The Story Of The Three Bears
"Goldilocks and the Three Bears" (originally titled "The Story of the Three Bears") is a 19th-century English fairy tale of which three versions exist. The original version of the tale tells of an obscene old woman who enters the forest home of three bachelor bears while they are away. She eats some of their porridge, sits down on one of their chairs and breaks it, and sleeps in one of their beds. When the bears return and discover her, she wakes up, jumps out of the window, and is never seen again.
