''Ghetto Dreams'' is the debut solo studio album by American rapper Fat Pat of Screwed Up Click. It was released on March 17, 1998 through Wreckshop Records, making it his first posthumous release following his death on February 4, 1998. Recording sessions took place at J2 Recording Studio in his hometown of Houston, Texas. Production was handled by Double D, Noke D, Sean "Solo" Jemison, Prowler, Big Swift and J Slash, with D-Reck serving as executive producer. It features guest appearances from Big Hawk, Big Moe, Big Pokey, Big Steve, Billy Cook, C-Note, Corey-B, Double D, Lil' Keke, Mike D, Ronnie Spencer, Sean Pymp & Tyte Eyes. Big Pokey
Milton Powell (born November 29, 1977), better known by his stage name Big Pokey, is an American rapper from Houston, Texas. Pokey is associated with chopped and screwed music, and is one of the original members of the Screwed Up Click. Rap career Big Pokey began rapping with Houston producer DJ Screw in the early 1990s releasing songs on many of DJ Screw's mixtapes. Big Pokey was featured on DJ Screw's mixtape "June 27th Freestyle" which became a landmark album in chopped and screwed hip hop. His first full-length album, '' Hardest Pit in the Litter'', appeared in early 1999. The following year, Pokey returned with ''D-Game 2000'', another album of mid-tempo 808-driven beats featuring several of his Houston peers as guests. Marcus Lakee Edwards (born March 29, 1976), better known by his stage name Lil' Keke, is an American rapper and original member of the Southern hip hop collective Screwed Up Click. Biography Music career Lil' Keke gained national attention with his track "Southside" from his 1997 release "Don't Mess Wit Texas". In 2005, Lil' Keke signed to Swishahouse Records. In an interview with HitQuarters at the time, label president and A&R T. Farris said, "He is a legend here in Houston. He plays a big role in the whole style of rap that we make down here." Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles (also known as Bubbling Under the Hot 100) is a chart published weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine in the United States. Top Heatseekers are "Breaking and Entering" music charts issued weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine. Courtney Smith (born December 5, 1974), known professionally by his stage name C-Note, is an American rapper from Houston, Texas. He is a member of the Botany Boyz, part of the Screwed Up Click scene first started by DJ Screw.
