Gertrude Robinson (October 7, 1890 – March 19, 1962) was an American actress of the silent era. Biography She appeared in 164 films between 1908 and 1925. She was born in New York City and died in Hollywood, California. ''What the Daisy Said'' is a one-reel film (about 12 minutes) made by D. W. Griffith for Biograph in 1910. Plot The film opens upon two sisters (Martha, played by Mary Pickford, and Millie, played by Gertrude Robinson) standing in a field of daisies.
