Gerald Raymond Lee Jr. (born November 23, 1987) is a Finnish professional basketball player who last played for Ironi Nes Ziona B.C., Ironi Nes Ziona of the Israeli Basketball Premier League, Israeli Premier League. He played college basketball for Old Dominion Monarchs basketball, Old Dominion University. Basketball career Lee began his professional career in 2004 with UU-Korihait of the Finnish Korisliiga, and played with them for two seasons. From 2006 to 2010, he played college basketball at the Old Dominion University, with the Old Dominion Monarchs basketball, Old Dominion Monarchs. From 2010 to 2012 he played in the Italian Legadue Basket, first with Snaidero Udine and then with Prima Veroli. In August 2012, he signed a two-year contract with KK Budućnost Podgorica, Budućnost Podgorica of Montenegro. He left Budućnost after one season. EuroBasket 2017
EuroBasket 2017 was the 40th edition of the EuroBasket championship that was organized by FIBA Europe and held between 31 August and 17 September 2017. Beginning from 2017, the continental championships take place every four years with a similar system of qualification as for the FIBA Basketball World Cup. Like the previous edition, the tournament was co-hosted by four countries. Games in the group stage were held in Turkey, Finland, Israel and Romania. The knock-out phase was played in Istanbul, Turkey. Slovenia won their first-ever tournament after defeating Serbia 93–85 in the final. Spain won the bronze medal by beating Russia with the same result. The Colonial Athletic Association men's basketball tournament is the conference championship tournament in basketball for the Colonial Athletic Association. EuroBasket 2011 was the 37th men's EuroBasket, European Basketball Championship, held by FIBA Europe. The competition was hosted by Lithuania. The Finland men's national basketball team ( fi, Suomen koripallomaajoukkue, sv, Finlands herrlandslag i basket) represents Finland in international basketball competition. The 2014–15 ACB season was the 32nd season of the Spanish basketball league, also called Liga Endesa in its sponsored identity. The Korisliiga is the top-tier professional basketball league in Finland, comprising the top 12 teams of the country. In its current format, each team plays all other teams two times in the regular season, once at home and once away, for a total of 22 regular season games. The top six teams advances continues to upper stage and the bottom six teams plays lower stage after 22 games, 5 games at home and 5 games at away versus all other teams in stage. In United States colleges, top-tier basketball is governed by collegiate athletic bodies including National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), and the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).
