Gerald Hirschfeld
Gerald Hirschfeld, A.S.C. (25 April 1921 – 13 February 2017) was an American cinematographer. Biography Hirschfeld served at the Army Signal Corps Photographic Center during World War II as an assistant and operator for established Hollywood cinematographers including Leo Tover and Stanley Cortez. He started his Hollywood career in 1949 as a cinematographer for documentaries like Jack Arnold's '' With These Hands''. During his life he has worked with directors like Sidney Lumet, John G. Avildsen, Frank Perry, Michael Crichton and Gene Wilder. His most famous work is for Mel Brooks' ''Young Frankenstein'': he shot the picture entirely in black-and-white, a rarity in the 1970s. Mel Brooks (born Melvin James Kaminsky; June 28, 1926) is an American actor, comedian and filmmaker. The Car
''The Car'' is a 1977 American horror film directed by Elliot Silverstein and written by Michael Butler, Dennis Shryack and Lane Slate. The film stars James Brolin, Kathleen Lloyd, John Marley and Ronny Cox, along with real-life sisters Kim and Kyle Richards (as Brolin's daughters). Two-Minute Warning
In most levels of professional American football, the two-minute warning is a suspension of play that occurs when two minutes remain on the game clock in each half of a game, i.e., near the end of the second and fourth quarters, and overtime. Its effect on play is similar to that of a timeout: the game clock stops and the teams gather to discuss strategy. The suspension of play is two minutes long, the same as the short two-minute intermissions between quarters within each half. Its name reflects its origins as a point in the game where the officials would inform the teams that the half was nearly over, as the official game clock was not displayed in the stadium at the time the two-minute warning was created.
