State Route 93 (SR 93) is a state highway in southwest part of the U.S. state of Georgia. The highway runs from Moncrief north to Pelham, northeast to Hinsonton, north to Lester, and west to Baconton. Route description SR 93 begins at an intersection with US 319/ SR 35 in Moncrief, in the southeastern part of Grady County. It heads north-northwest. After traveling through Beachton, it curves to the north-northeast. It curves to a nearly due-northwestern direction before going to the north. The highway curves to the northwest before crossing over the Ochlockonee River. Northwest of this crossing is one over Little Tired Creek. A short distance later, it enters Cairo. It intersects the western terminus of 12th Avenue SE, which leads to Grady General Hospital. The highway then curves back to a northerly direction. Georgia State Route 111
State Route 111 (SR 111) is a state highway in the southwest part of the U.S. state of Georgia. The highway runs from the Florida state line, southwest of Calvary northeast through Cairo and Meigs, glancing off the northwest corner of Riverside, and ending in Moultrie. Route description SR 111 begins at the Florida state line, where the roadway continues as Dorsey Calvary Road. It intersects with SR 93 in Cairo. There, the two routes form a concurrency to the north. Farther north, there are intersections with SR 38 Spur and US 84/ SR 38. The two routes head north out of Cairo, and then turn northeast. Cotton is an unincorporated community located in Mitchell County, United States. History Cotton was originally called "Mapleton", and under the latter name was founded in 1899. The Georgia General Assembly incorporated the place in 1913 as the "Town of Cotton", with municipal corporate limits extending in a one-half mile radius from the central railroad depot. Georgia State Route 300
State Route 300 (SR 300, also called the Georgia–Florida Parkway), is a state highway in the southern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. Its southern terminus is at the Florida state line south-southeast of Thomasville, where the roadway continues as US 19/ SR 57. This is also the southern terminus of SR 3, with which US 19 and SR 300 travel concurrently through the southern part of the state. Its northern terminus is at Interstate 75 (I-75) in Cordele. State Route 3 (SR 3) is a state highway that travels south-to-north through portions of the western part of the U.S. state of Georgia, roughly paralleling Interstate 75 (I-75). State Route 262 (SR 262) is a L-shaped state highway located in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. It travels within portions of within Decatur and Mitchell counties, and skims the border of Grady County. Route description SR 262 begins at an intersection with US 27/ SR 1 (Tallahassee Highway) southeast of Attapulgus, in Decatur County. Here, US 27/SR 1 south almost immediately enter Florida and head toward Tallahassee. SR 262 heads to the northeast and then swings around to the northwest and the north-northwest.
