State Route 67 (SR 67) is a state highway that runs south-to-north through portions of Bryan, Bulloch, and Jenkins counties in the east-central part of the U.S. state of Georgia. The route connects Fort Stewart and Pembroke with Millen, via Statesboro. Route description SR 67 begins on the northeastern edge of Fort Stewart, approximately southeast of Pembroke, within Bryan County. The highway travels northwest, through rural areas of the county, into Pembroke. It curve to the north-northeast to an intersection with US 280/ SR 30 (East Bacon Street). At this intersection both SR 67 and SR 119 join that concurrency. One block later, SR 67 splits off to the north, while SR 119 splits off to the south. Fort Stewart
Fort Stewart is a United States Army post in the U.S. state of Georgia. It lies primarily in Liberty and Bryan counties, but also extends into smaller portions of Evans, Long and Tattnall counties. The population was 11,205 at the 2000 census. The nearby city of Hinesville, along with Ft. Stewart and the rest of Liberty and Long Counties, comprise the Hinesville metropolitan area. State Route 21 (SR 21) is an state highway that travels southeast-to-northwest through portions of Chatham, Effingham, Screven, and Jenkins counties in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. The highway connects the Savannah and Millen areas, via Garden City, Port Wentworth, Rincon, Springfield, and Sylvania. Hopeulikit ( ) is an unincorporated community in Bulloch County, Georgia, United States. Toponymy Pronounced "Hope you like it", the community’s unusual name stems from a 1920s-era dance hall located at the junction of U.S. Route 80 and U.S. Route 25, where the current-day community is located. Hopeulikit has frequently been noted on lists of unusual place names. History Hopeulikit was founded by Beatrice and John Paul Ellis of Hopeulikit, whose families have owned land in the area for generations. The state of Georgia has recognized Hopeulikit as a community since its formation in the early 1960s, but the community has remained unincorporated.
