Georgia Pritchett
Georgia Pritchett (born 1968) is a British producer, screenwriter, and author. She is best known for her work on ''Veep'' and '' Succession'', as well as her book ''My Mess Is a Bit of a Life: Adventures in Anxiety''. ''The Guardian'' described Pritchett as "one of the country’s most successful screenwriters". Life and career Pritchett was born in London in 1968, and raised in South London by her parents, Josephine Haworth, an author, and Oliver Pritchett, a journalist and columnist. Her brother Matt is a cartoonist, and her grandfather is writer and literary critic V. S. Pritchett. ''Smack the Pony'' is a British sketch comedy show that was originally broadcast between 1999 and 2003 on Channel 4. The main performers on the show were Fiona Allen, Doon Mackichan and Sally Phillips. There were also regular appearances from Sarah Alexander, Darren Boyd and Cavan Clerkin. ''The Thick of It'' is a British comedy television series that satirises the inner workings of British government. Written and directed by Armando Iannucci, it was first broadcast for two short series on BBC Four in 2005, initially with a small cast focusing on a government minister, his advisers and their party's spin-doctor. Sir Lenworth George Henry (born 29 August 1958) is a British actor, comedian, singer, television presenter and writer.
