George Parry (cricketer)
George Frederick Parry (8 December 1794 – 11 January 1872) was an English amateur cricketer who played first-class cricket from 1818 to 1829. Parry was born at Tellicherry (now Thalassery), Kerala, India. Mainly associated with Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) and Surrey Surrey () is a ceremonial and non-metropolitan county in South East England, bordering Greater London to the south west. George Parry (MP)
Sir George Parry (16001660) was an English lawyer and politician who sat in the House of Commons of England from 1640 until 1644. Parry was probably the son of Henry Parry, Bishop of Worcester and matriculated at Merton College, Oxford on 14 March 1617 aged 16. He was admitted at the Inner Temple in 1616 and was awarded BA at Oxford in 1619. He became a Fellow at Cambridge in 1619 and was awarded LLd from Magdalene College, Cambridge in 1628. He was admitted advocate on 3 November 1628 and became Recorder of Exeter. In April 1640, Parry was elected Member of Parliament for St Mawes (UK Parliament constituency), St Mawes for the Short Parliament and was returned in November for the Long Parliament. Parry supported King Charles I and was knighted on 12 May 1644. He was disabled from Parliament in the same year. Parry later lived in the City of London and died around 1670, as administration was then granted to his son Suetonius. References

George Herbert Parry
George Herbert Parry (February 1882 - 12 February 1951) was a Western Australian architect. He was born in Perth, Western Australia, Perth, the son of the second Anglican Church of Australia, Anglican Anglican Archbishop of Perth, Australia, Bishop of Perth, Henry Hutton Parry. Parry was educated in Perth and later at St Edmund's School Canterbury, St Edmund's School in Canterbury, England. He worked in London as an architect before returning to Perth in 1907 when he joined the Public Works Department. A year later he left to join the partnership of Michael Cavanagh (architect), Cavanagh and James Cavanagh (architect), Cavanagh in Perth and in 1911 Parry established his own practice. His particular interest was in Church (building), ecclesiastical work and he designed numerous churches in Western Australia.
