George Salim Bayoud, Jr. (born 1955) is a real estate investor in Dallas, Texas. Biography Bayoud serves on the board of The Beck Group, the Crossroads Group and Fund, and the Bayoud Group. He has served on the board or as a senior advisor for Lehman Brothers, the Dallas Cowboys, the Parks and Wildlife Foundation of Texas, Dallas Zoological Society, the Texas Business Hall of Fame, Texas Lyceum, Greater Dallas Crime Commission, D/FW Advisory Board of the Nature Conservancy, the Associate Board of Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business, Phoenix House of Texas, and the St. Mark's School of Texas, from which he graduated. Bill Clements
William Perry Clements Jr. (April 13, 1917 – May 29, 2011) was an American businessman and Republican Party politician who served two non-consecutive terms as the governor of Texas between 1979 and 1991. His terms bookended the sole term served by Mark Wells White, a Democrat who defeated Clements in the 1982 election only to lose his campaign for re-election in 1986. When Clements was first sworn in during 1979, he became the first Republican to have served as governor of Texas since Reconstruction. When Clements left office for good at the end of his second term in 1991, his eight years in office were the most served by any Texas governor until Rick Perry surpassed his total in 2009. Ronald Kirk (born June 27, 1954) is an American lawyer, politician and member of the Democratic Party who served as the United States Trade Representative from 2009 to 2013 and the 57th Mayor of Dallas from 1995 to 2002. Born in Austin, Texas, Kirk is a graduate of Austin's John H. Reagan High School, Austin College, and the University of Texas School of Law. From 1994 to 1995, Kirk worked as the Secretary of State of Texas, until he was elected as the Mayor of Dallas, where he served from 1995 to 2002 and was the first African-American to hold either of those positions. Jack Morris Rains (born November 23, 1937) is a Houston, Texas, attorney who was the 95th Secretary of State of Texas, having served from 1987 to 1989. He left the position to contest unsuccessfully for the Republican gubernatorial nomination in 1990. He lost to businessman Clayton W. The Texas Medical Board (TMB) is the state agency mandated to regulate the practice of medicine by Doctors of Medicine (MDs) and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) in Texas.
