George Abege
George Abege Opio (born 5 March 1993) is a Ugandan striker who currently plays for Sri Lanka's Up Country Lions SC. He formerly turned out for Kenyan Premier League sides Nairobi City Stars, Bandari F.C. (Kenya) and Kariobangi Sharks, as well as Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko S.C. Career George started out at Maroon's FC Luzira, Luweroo United in Uganda before joining SC Victoria University in 2013. He then came to Kenya where he spent the 2014 season at Nairobi City Stars. In 2015 he moved to Coastal side Bandari F.C. (Kenya) till the end of the 2016 season then head West to join SoNy Sugar F.C. for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. He was back in Nairobi for the second half of the 2018 season after joining FC Kariobangi Sharks. At the start of that year, he had been linked with a move to another Kenyan premiership side Posta Rangers F.C. but for unknown reasons, he remained at SoNy. Koch-Goma, also Koch Goma, is a human settlement in Nwoya District, in the Northern Region of Uganda. Location The town lies in Nwoya District, approximately by road, east of Nwoya Town, where the district headquarters are located. The 2016 CAF Confederation Cup qualifying rounds were played from 12 February to 18 May 2016. A total of 59 teams competed in the qualifying rounds to decide the eight places in the group stage of the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup. Draw The draw for the preliminary, first and second rounds was held on 11 December 2015 in Dakar, Senegal. 2016 Kenyan Super Cup
The 2016 Kenyan Super Cup was a Kenyan football match contested by the 2015 Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia and the 2015 FKF President's Cup champions Bandari. Bandari won my match 1–0 to deny Gor Mahia their third title in a row. As a result, Bandari claimed KSh. in prize money while Gor Mahia collected as runners-up. Gor Mahia controversially skipped the medal ceremony after the match, with KPL chief executive officer Jack Oguda condemning the actions as "uncalled for" and "unsportsmanlike" the following day. He also announced that the club would face punishment, but did not specify what the punishment would be or when it would be delivered. 2015 FKF President's Cup
The 2015 FKF President's Cup (known as the GOtv Shield for sponsorship reasons) was the 44th season of Kenya's top domestic cup competition. It kicked off on 20 June and concluded on 13 December, with the domestic broadcasting rights for the competition held by SuperSport. Originally scheduled to begin on 6 June, participating teams were required to pay a registration fee of KSh. each by 30 May to enter the tournament. The competition's defending champions are Sofapaka, who beat second-tier side Posta Rangers 2–1 in the previous final. Juba Stadium
Juba Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Juba, South Sudan. It is the home ground of the South Sudan national football team. It is currently undergoing renovations, and before the year 2022 ends it will be complete and ready for use. It has also hosted matches for the 2009 CECAFA U-17 Championship.
